• Valid for new clients and clients who have not received services at Graceful Health within the past 12 months.

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment if intake forms have not been completed online.

• Group bookings are not permitted with this certificate.

• Up to two certificate services may be redeemed on the same day when at least one service is upgraded, subject to appointment availability.

• Please provide your certificate/promotion number and a valid credit card when scheduling your appointment.

• Certificate services cannot be substituted.

• Any service upgrades must be purchased on the day the service is provided.

• This certificate is non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the original certificate holder.

• The certificate must be presented at the time of service.

• Limit one promotional certificate per person.

• Additional certificates may be purchased as gifts for others.

• Verbal modifications or agreements regarding this promotion will not be honored.

• Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may result in forfeiture of the scheduled certificate service and may be subject to a $50 missed-appointment fee.

• We recommend scheduling appointments at least one week in advance. Earlier appointments may be available.

• This certificate expires 6 months from the date of purchase.

• Graceful Health is not responsible for lost certificates.

• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for this promotional offer.

• This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or special offers.

• The certificate is valid only after payment has been received in full.

• The purchase price does not include gratuity.

• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled and may result in forfeiture of that scheduled service, depending on appointment availability.

• By purchasing and/or redeeming this certificate, the client acknowledges that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
